1 Powerful Technique To Overcome Limiting Beliefs

Throughout my life I’ve struggled with a common limiting belief – “I’m not enough”. Out of all the limiting beliefs, this is often the one that stops us from progressing the most. When we don’t feel good enough we don’t feel worthy of good things in our lives. We also stop ourselves from trying to achieve our dreams because we feel like we can’t or shouldn’t.
I’ve created a worksheet to help overcome limiting beliefs and also have a post on the progress that I found helpful to clear limiting beliefs, but this is another powerful technique to overcoming limiting beliefs. This can be done in addition to the worksheet I’ve made.
This powerful technique to overcome limiting beliefs is called tapping or EFT tapping. One of my favorite resources for tapping is The Tapping Solution website. They offer heaps of free tapping exercises and have great explanations on how it works and what it does. Below I’ve attached their video of a free tapping meditation they have on the belief “I Am Not Enough”. Through tapping whilst listening to their prompts, this method helps to clear us of these beliefs.
I’ve enjoyed this exercise personally. I’ve found it helpful in overcoming this limiting belief. It’s honestly helped me to move forward and continue to work on my blog and put myself out there. If you find you struggle with low-self esteem I would highly recommend this technique to overcome limiting beliefs.
