After my brothers cancer diagnosis we’ve spent a lot of time researching what foods we should and shouldn’t be eating. After some guidance we decided on a paleo diet. We also try to cut meat as well (making it slightly vegan too).

I’m a cold drinks and milkshake lover! Always have been! So when I jumped on to this diet my first instinct was to see what paleo drinks I could make.
